Purpose and Scope
- This Disclaimer explains the scope and limits of placement, internship and career-support services connected with NeoNex MindX programs.
- Read it before enrolment, particularly when employment is the main reason for joining a course.
No Job, Interview or Salary Guarantee
- Course enrolment, attendance, project completion, certification, internship exposure or placement assistance does not guarantee a job offer, internship, interview, referral or shortlist.
- NeoNex MindX does not guarantee employment with a particular company, industry, technology, role, location or work arrangement.
- NeoNex MindX does not guarantee a minimum salary, salary increase, promotion, career transition, visa sponsorship, relocation support or employment timeline.
- No counsellor, trainer, mentor, marketing representative or referral partner may make a binding job guarantee unless it appears in a separate written agreement signed by an authorised NeoNex MindX representative and clearly states the conditions and remedy.
What Placement Assistance May Include
- Career-direction and role-fit guidance.
- Resume structure, content and keyword review.
- LinkedIn profile and professional-branding guidance.
- GitHub, dashboard or project-portfolio review where relevant.
- Aptitude, technical, case-study and behavioural interview preparation.
- Mock interviews and feedback.
- Guidance on explaining projects, tools, decisions and business impact.
- Job-search planning, application tracking and interview follow-up guidance.
- Sharing relevant public openings, recruiter requirements or hiring opportunities.
- Referral or profile forwarding when an employer requirement matches the learner and permission has been provided.
- Pre-placement sessions, employer briefings or recruitment drives where available.
- Short courses may include more limited career support than full career programs. Check the program page or enrolment confirmation before payment.
Placement-Assistance Eligibility
- All course fees and agreed instalments must be paid.
- At least 80% attendance is normally required unless an approved exception applies.
- Required assignments, assessments, capstone work and portfolio projects must be completed to the stated standard.
- The learner must be able to demonstrate the skills claimed in the resume and portfolio.
- Resume, LinkedIn and project information must be truthful, current and suitable for employer sharing.
- The learner must participate professionally in mock interviews, feedback sessions and placement communication.
- Valid identity, education, employment and other documents reasonably requested by an employer must be provided.
- Suitable opportunities must be answered within the communicated deadline, and confirmed interviews must be attended.
- There must be no active suspension for misconduct, plagiarism, credential sharing or material breach of course terms.
- Meeting eligibility gives access to the support process. It does not ensure that a suitable opening will exist or that an employer will select the learner.
Support Period
- The support period stated in the enrolment confirmation applies.
- When no period is stated, eligible placement assistance is normally available for 6 months from the later of course completion or placement-readiness approval.
- Support may end earlier when the learner accepts an offer, repeatedly does not respond, materially misrepresents information, breaches conduct requirements or asks to discontinue support.
- An inactive learner may be required to complete a new readiness review before support resumes.
- NeoNex MindX is not required to extend the original support period because the learner delayed assignments, paused the job search or was unavailable for interviews.
Learner Responsibilities
- Build and maintain target-role skills through practice beyond class hours.
- Use an accurate resume and do not claim tools, projects, employers, salaries, degrees or experience that cannot be demonstrated.
- Apply consistently and do not rely only on opportunities shared by NeoNex MindX.
- Research the company, role, location, work arrangement, salary structure and employment terms before attending or accepting an opportunity.
- Attend interviews on time, communicate professionally and update the placement team about outcomes.
- Keep contact details, availability, resume, portfolio and employment status current.
- Make the final decision about any job, internship, contract, bond, relocation or compensation offer after independent review.
Employers, Recruiters and Hiring Decisions
- Employers, recruiters, staffing firms and internship providers are independent third parties.
- They control eligibility, screening, assessments, interview rounds, background verification, salary, probation, work location, joining date and final selection.
- NeoNex MindX cannot compel an employer to interview or hire a learner and is not a party to the employment contract unless expressly stated.
- An external organisation may change or withdraw a role, pause hiring, alter salary, cancel an interview or reject a candidate without detailed feedback.
- NeoNex MindX may assist with communication but is not responsible for an external organisation's decision or conduct.
Internships
- An internship may be a course project, simulated industry assignment, internal practical experience or an opportunity with an external organisation. The relevant program communication should state the format.
- External internships depend on openings, selection criteria, learner performance and partner availability.
- An internship may be paid or unpaid, remote or onsite, part-time or full-time and may have separate provider terms.
- Completion of an internship does not guarantee conversion to employment.
- NeoNex MindX may withdraw an internship recommendation when the learner is not ready, provides false information, misses required work or behaves unprofessionally.
Job Alerts and Referrals
- A job alert is information about an opportunity. It is not confirmation that the learner has been referred or shortlisted.
- A referral means a profile may be submitted or introduced where a relevant channel exists. It does not bypass employer screening or guarantee an interview.
- NeoNex MindX may decide not to forward a profile when skills, experience, location, salary expectations, documents or conduct do not match the requirement.
- Learners may still apply independently where permitted.
Salary, Career Path and Success Stories
- Any salary range, role example, hiring trend or career pathway discussed on the website, during counselling or in class is general information and may change.
- Actual compensation depends on the employer, role, experience, location, negotiation, assessment performance and market conditions.
- Learner reviews and success stories describe individual outcomes. They are not average, typical or guaranteed results.
- Named success stories should be published only with appropriate consent and reasonable verification.
Fees and Placement Outcomes
- Course fees are paid for training, learning access, projects, assessments, mentoring and stated support services.
- Fees are not payment for a job offer and are not contingent on placement.
- Failure to obtain employment is not by itself a ground for refund after the refund window, without limiting legal rights where the purchased service was not provided or was materially misrepresented.
- NeoNex MindX does not authorise undisclosed payments in exchange for a guaranteed interview, offer letter or job. Verify any payment request using the official contact details.
Background Verification and Documents
- Employers may verify identity, education, employment, projects, compensation, criminal history or other information according to their policies and applicable law.
- False or inconsistent information can result in rejection, offer withdrawal, termination and removal from placement support.
- NeoNex MindX is not responsible for consequences arising from information supplied by the learner.
Pausing or Ending Support
- Support may be paused or ended when a learner repeatedly ignores suitable opportunities or confirmed interviews without explanation.
- Support may be paused when the learner is unavailable for an extended period and does not communicate.
- Support may be ended when the learner refuses reasonable profile corrections while continuing unsupported claims.
- Abusive, dishonest or unprofessional conduct with staff, trainers, recruiters or employers may lead to removal.
- Sharing confidential employer assessments, recruiter data or interview material without permission may lead to removal.
- Support may end after employment is obtained unless a different arrangement is confirmed.
Data Sharing for Career Support
- Resume, contact details, portfolio, education, experience and job preferences may be shared with recruiters or employers when relevant to placement assistance and when the learner has chosen to participate or otherwise authorised sharing.
- Personal data is handled according to the NeoNex MindX Privacy Policy.
