Please Read These Terms Before Paying or Joining a Class

By paying a booking amount or course fee, submitting an enrolment confirmation, accessing a learner account or attending a class, you agree to these Terms, the applicable course details, the Refund and Cancellation Policy, the Privacy Policy and the Placement Assistance Disclaimer.

Before Payment

Review program scope, fees, taxes, batch timing, inclusions, exclusions and refund conditions.

After Enrolment

Attendance, assignments, assessments, projects and conduct can affect completion and certification.

Career Support

Internship and placement assistance are support services and are not guaranteed outcomes.

Legal Rights

Nothing in these Terms removes statutory consumer rights or other rights that cannot legally be waived.

01

Scope and Acceptance

  • These Terms govern use of the NeoNex MindX website and participation in counselling, live online programs, short courses, workshops, projects, learning platforms, assessments, internship-related activities and career-support services.
  • Before payment, review the program name, curriculum, duration, batch timing, fee, taxes, instalment arrangement, inclusions, exclusions, refund rules and placement-support conditions.
  • When documents conflict, the latest written enrolment confirmation issued by NeoNex MindX applies to the specific commercial details. Mandatory legal rights remain unaffected.
02

Eligibility and Authority

  • You must provide accurate identity, contact, education, experience and payment information.
  • A learner under 18 must have a parent or legal guardian review and accept these Terms and authorise payment and participation.
  • When another person or organisation pays on the learner's behalf, both the learner and payer are responsible for reviewing the applicable terms.
  • NeoNex MindX may decline enrolment where prerequisites are not met, information is materially false, conduct presents a safety or integrity concern or a batch is unavailable.
03

Course Information and Counselling

  • Counselling helps a prospective learner understand program scope, prerequisites, time commitment and career relevance.
  • Counselling is not a promise of employment, salary, admission to an external institution or guaranteed mastery.
  • Program pages and brochures describe the planned curriculum.
  • Topics, tools, projects, trainers and sequence may be updated to maintain relevance, address software changes, improve learning quality or accommodate trainer availability.
  • A material change that substantially reduces the purchased service will be communicated and handled fairly.
04

Enrolment and Seat Confirmation

  • An enquiry or counselling call does not reserve a seat.
  • A seat is confirmed only after the required payment is received and NeoNex MindX issues an enrolment or payment confirmation.
  • Admission may remain conditional until required documents, guardian consent, instalment arrangements or prerequisite checks are completed.
  • Promotional pricing, scholarships, coupons or offers apply only for the stated period and cannot be combined unless confirmed in writing.
05

Fees, Taxes and Payments

  • Course fees, taxes, due dates and instalments are stated in the invoice, payment page or enrolment confirmation.
  • Payments must be made only through an authorised NeoNex MindX payment channel. Keep the receipt and transaction reference.
  • External EMI or financing approval, interest, processing fees, repayment schedules, credit checks and collection terms are separate from NeoNex MindX.
  • Failure to pay an instalment by the due date may lead to temporary suspension of classes, LMS access, certificate processing or support.
  • NeoNex MindX is not responsible for payments made to an unauthorised individual, personal account or unconfirmed payment link.
06

Batch Scheduling and Changes

  • Batch dates and timings depend on enrolment, trainer availability and operational requirements.
  • NeoNex MindX may reschedule a class, change a trainer, combine a small batch, modify the platform or postpone a batch when reasonably necessary.
  • Advance notice will be given where practicable.
  • If an entire course is cancelled and no reasonable replacement batch is available, the learner may choose a full refund of the amount received for that course or transfer to another available program, subject to fee adjustment.
07

Live Classes, Recordings and LMS Access

  • Learners are responsible for a suitable device, stable internet connection, supported software and a suitable learning environment.
  • Class links, recordings, credentials and learning materials are personal and must not be shared.
  • Recordings may be provided for revision but do not replace active attendance, practice or mentor interaction.
  • The LMS and recording access period stated in the enrolment confirmation applies. If no period is stated, access normally ends 12 months after the batch start date.
  • Technical interruptions caused by the learner's device, connectivity, third-party platform or local conditions do not automatically qualify for a refund. Reasonable support or a recording may be provided.
08

Attendance, Assignments and Progress

  • Learners are expected to attend classes, complete assignments, participate in projects, meet deadlines and seek clarification when needed.
  • Outcomes depend materially on prior knowledge, attendance, practice, consistency, time invested and completion of required work.
  • Attendance, assessments, assignments, projects, viva sessions or mentor reviews may be used to determine course completion, certification, internship readiness and placement-support eligibility.
09

Certificates

  • A certificate is issued only when the learner meets the communicated completion conditions.
  • Conditions may include fee clearance, minimum attendance, assignments, assessments, projects, academic integrity and required documentation.
  • A NeoNex MindX certificate confirms participation or completion of the course. It is not a university degree, government licence or employment guarantee unless expressly stated otherwise.
10

Projects, Code and Academic Integrity

  • Learners must submit original work and disclose permitted collaboration, public datasets, open-source code and AI-assisted work when required.
  • Plagiarism, copying another learner's work, submitting purchased work, falsifying output or misrepresenting experience may result in rejection, suspension or termination.
  • Do not upload confidential employer, client, patient, financial or personally identifiable data into assignments, public repositories or AI tools without lawful authorisation.
  • NeoNex MindX may use anonymised or sample datasets for teaching.
  • Learners remain responsible for licences and third-party terms when using external tools or datasets.
11

Learner Conduct

  • Learners must communicate respectfully and must not harass, threaten, discriminate, impersonate, record without permission, disrupt sessions, misuse contact details, circulate offensive material or interfere with another learner's participation.
  • NeoNex MindX may issue a warning, remove a learner from a session, restrict platform access or terminate enrolment for serious or repeated misconduct.
  • Refund eligibility after termination is governed by the Refund and Cancellation Policy and applicable law.
12

Intellectual Property and Permitted Use

  • Course videos, slides, notes, assignments, templates, assessments, branding, website content and proprietary materials are owned by or licensed to NeoNex MindX.
  • Enrolment gives a limited, personal and non-transferable right to use the material for learning during the authorised access period.
  • Do not copy, resell, publish, upload, screen-record, distribute, translate, commercially exploit or create an unauthorised course from NeoNex MindX material.
  • Do not share login credentials, class links, recordings or paid materials.
  • Learners retain ownership of original projects they create, subject to third-party licences and any separate permission granted for showcasing a project or testimonial.
13

Third-Party Tools and Services

  • Programs may use external learning platforms, software, cloud services, repositories, APIs, datasets, payment systems, communication tools and employer portals.
  • Availability, pricing, licences, outages, changes and data practices of third parties are outside NeoNex MindX's direct control.
  • Learners must follow the third party's terms and may need to create their own accounts.
14

Internship and Practical Experience

  • Projects, simulations, internship exposure or internship assistance depend on the program description, learner performance, eligibility, availability and partner requirements.
  • An internship with an external organisation is not guaranteed unless that organisation issues a written offer.
  • NeoNex MindX may facilitate preparation or introductions but does not control external selection.
15

Placement Assistance

  • Placement assistance is a support service and not a job guarantee.
  • It may include resume and LinkedIn guidance, portfolio review, mock interviews, interview preparation, job alerts, application support and referrals where the learner matches an available requirement.
  • The Placement Assistance Disclaimer forms part of these Terms.
16

Refunds, Cancellations and Transfers

  • Refunds, cancellations, duplicate payments, batch transfers, course deferrals and course cancellation by NeoNex MindX are governed by the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
  • Refund rights available under applicable law remain unaffected.
17

Communication Consent

  • By submitting an enquiry or enrolling, you permit NeoNex MindX to contact you about the requested program, counselling, payment, classes, support, certificates, placement assistance and related service updates through phone, email, SMS or messaging platforms.
  • Promotional communication is handled according to the Privacy Policy and applicable consent choices.
18

Suspension and Termination

  • NeoNex MindX may suspend or terminate access for unpaid fees, credential sharing, intellectual-property misuse, academic dishonesty, unlawful activity, serious misconduct, security risk or material breach.
  • Where the issue can reasonably be corrected, the learner may be given an opportunity to correct it.
  • Termination does not remove accrued payment obligations or restrictions on unauthorised use of material.
19

Service Disclaimers

  • Learning outcomes vary based on the learner's background, attendance, practice, projects and effort.
  • Course completion does not guarantee employment, salary increase, promotion, internship, visa, admission or a particular business result.
  • Technologies, hiring requirements and market conditions change. Curriculum and career guidance may be updated.
  • Testimonials and success stories describe individual experiences and are not typical or guaranteed outcomes.
20

Limitation of Liability

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, NeoNex MindX is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from career decisions, lost opportunities, third-party platform failure, learner device or internet issues, unauthorised account use, external employer decisions or use of information outside the course context.
  • Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, aggregate liability relating to a specific paid course will not exceed the amount actually paid to NeoNex MindX for that course, except where a higher remedy is required by applicable law.
  • Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limits statutory consumer rights.
21

Force Majeure

  • NeoNex MindX is not treated as in breach for delay or interruption caused by events beyond reasonable control.
  • Examples include severe internet or cloud outages, natural disasters, public-health emergencies, government restrictions, civil disturbance, power failure, cyber incidents, trainer medical emergencies and failure of critical third-party infrastructure.
  • Reasonable steps will be taken to communicate, reschedule or provide an alternative where possible.
22

Complaints, Law and Disputes

  • First raise the concern through neonexminds@gmail.com with the relevant enrolment and payment details.
  • NeoNex MindX aims to acknowledge complete complaints within 3 business days and work toward a reasoned response within 15 business days.
  • The parties should attempt good-faith resolution before formal proceedings.
  • These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
  • An unresolved dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the competent court or consumer forum determined under applicable law.
  • Statutory consumer remedies are not restricted.
23

Changes to These Terms

  • NeoNex MindX may update these Terms for future enrolments or to reflect operational and legal changes.
  • The version accepted at enrolment ordinarily governs that enrolment, except where a change is required by law, benefits the learner or concerns ongoing platform security and conduct.
  • The latest public version will display the updated date.
